Jack Zaloudek brings over 39 years of business transformation expertise to Washington University. He recently completed a successful career with AT&T where he held various sales, marketing, customer service, human resources and information technology executive leadership positions. As CIO of AT&T Yellow Pages, Zaloudek led the development and deployment of a complete suite of systems, which transformed AT&T Yellow Pages into an industry leader in automation. He led the merger integration and transformation management teams of AT&T Yellow pages in the successful assimilations of Pacific Telesis, Ameritech, Southern New England and Bell South. Zaloudek was responsible for leading the transformation to a Customer Relationship Management (CMR) platform across the 23 states of AT&T Yellow Pages. He has two patent applications pending for unique system applications in the supply chain functional area. Zaloudek has been an Adjunct Professor in the Sever Institute of Continuing Studies for over 20 years. Jack earned both a B.S. Degree and an M.BA from Saint Louis University.
