Almost everyone uses Netflix, and hackers are cashing in. We've all heard of hackers using phishing techniques and malware to gain Netflix information, but now cybercriminals are even opening up their own stores using the information.

Welcome to the Netflix black market

A Symantec blog post reports that hackers are selling stolen Netflix information on the black market. There's apparently a pretty high demand for people who are looking to get their hands on Netflix for a free or reduced price.

Considering Netflix costs under $10 a month this seems like a lot of work, but where there's demand, there's supply. Symantec reports that the most common offers on the underground are for existing Netflix accounts. Hackers reportedly even go as far as to ask clients not to change any information on the accounts, so that no one catches on.

So let this be a lesson, if strange shows start popping up in your 'recently watched' category, then you've most likely been hacked.
