For the record, this is not a story about a Facebook mind control operation.

Instead, it's about Facebook's Artificial Intelligence team and the ability to record video of you playing a real game and then putting you right into a video game.

Next thing you know, a player can control your movements, which are highly realistic.

Facebook researchers did this using two neural networks. They provide technical details in the video.

The networks are similar to the human mind in that they need to be trained—or taughthow things work.

In this case, the AI networks needed just a short clip of you playing your game to develop all kinds of realistic moves against any background or on any court.

Consider this another step in the Artificial Intelligence journey that is underway and will impact all of us in some way.
