Over 35 years of experience in providing Executive Level management in the area Information Technology field as a CIO, CSO, and CISO. Mark started his working career in the Army and retired as a Colonel (select). At the pinnacle of Marks career in the service he was nominated and selection to work at the White House as the CIO/CISO equivalent, supporting President Clinton, the VP, the White House Staff, and the U.S. Secret Service managing all the classified automation and telecommunications.
Since retiring from the service Mark has held sever executive positions. He was the CIO/CSO for World Airways, Deputy CIO (over Global Operations) and CISO for InterCall, CISO for TravelClick, Acting/Interim CISO for the Georgia Lottery and to NCR. Currently Mark is the Director Global PCI Security and Compliance for US Bank/Elavon – the fifth largest bank in US.
Steve Neville, Director, Hybrid Cloud Security at Trend Micro, is responsible for the company’s leading security solution. Steve leads a team focused on ensuring that both strategic direction and message are aligned to where customers are today – as well as tomorrow.
Prior to Trend Micro, Steve held senior management positions at Entrust (where he was Director of Product Management and Product Marketing) as well as a dynamic startup focused on online gaming. In security technologies, Steve’s practical experience covers a wide range of data center and cloud security technologies, as well as identity-focused security including strong authentication and federation technologies, and fraud detection systems.
In a 22-year IT career starting shortly after leaving the U.S. Marine Corps, Jim has worked on and managed support functions in the retail and vertical software markets and on a corporate help desk in a Fortune 500 company.
He has spent 12 years in the information security field across the financial services and retail industries, recently spending 5 years at AMC Entertainment running their information security function and helping the company obtain five consecutive successful ROCs.
Upon moving to Store Financial in 2015 he managed the security program to a successful ROC, as well, managing to survive—and pass—two PCI onsite audits in one year, one at a Level 1 merchant and one at a Level 1 processor.
