The advent of the coronavirus (COVID-19) poses not only serious health challenges, but has implications for everything from how our IT infrastructure is set up to how our businesses and governments are organized. What will our world look like once this is over?

The global economic shutdown has upended the way we work and earn a living—and that opens up a whole new area for cyber threats to proliferate. Are our businesses, social institutions, and governments as resilient as we need them to be in this new world? Why can't we get our groceries online when we really need to keep our social distance? Why was our government not prepared to deal with a pandemic like this?

Retired Air Force Colonel and CNN military analyst Cedric Leighton takes a look at how we got here and what we need to do to create more resilient and responsive government, business, and cyber infrastructures to cope with a global tragedy.
